Grammy Award-nominated singer Raheem DeVaughn and poet Wes Felton have joined forces to create their own supergroup called The CrossRhodes.
If you’re thinking, “Well this is an odd paring!” Actually, that couldn’t be further from the truth. The two are actually both sons of jazz musicians who love lush neo-soul and socially conscious hip-hop word flows.
The CrossRhodes seeks to be a voice to express the issues affecting the minority community.
Their first single is the album title track, “Footprints On The Moon,” from their forthcoming album being released through BMG in Fall 2016.
