WPGC brought Birthday Bash back to D.C. for the 28th time. The fun all happened inside Fab Award-winning venue, Howard Theatre, last night.
The Dream, Jidenna, Fat Trel, Yazz the Greatest and others took the stage to perform for the crowd.
