Radio personality Sunni and the City honored women who are giving back to the DMV at the second annual “Sunni & The City Women’s Empowerment Brunch,” held last week at the Diageo House.
While guests dined on brunch fare, provided by Chef Antonio and Exquisite Cuisine, they spoke about their charity efforts to improve the DMV.
Sunni described the event like this:
From young leaders to activists to entrepreneurs, I was truly honored to have been in the presence of such incredible women. We laughed, we cried, exchanged heartfelt stories and connected. I wanted the ladies to get to know each other and possibly collaborate on future charity projects. With such diverse group of women, magic was in the air and everyone walked away inspired.
