Beginning today, The Shops at Prudential Center (800 Boylston St) are launching a FREE weekly fitness series, FIT on The Garden, beginning Wednesday, May 6. Starting at 5:30pm every Wednesday through June 24, participants will be led through a 45-60 minute workout by some of Boston’s top instructors from lululemon, FlyBarre, and Boston Sports Club. Buy vegetable, herb, flower seedlings to start your garden, as well as compost, fertilizer, fish emulsion, stakes and trellis clips, gardening manuals, and more to keep it healthy. Children are welcome! They will be able to make seed art along with members of the Dirt Crew.
