Although Oprah Winfrey was headed to the OWN Network offices in Silver Spring, MD, the television maven stayed in D.C.’s Jefferson Hotel. The paps caught Momma O. outside of her hotel looking very vintage in cat-eye sunglasses and an off the shoulder green dress.
Oprah was in town last Thursday to film a special Favorite Things episode for military families. Oprah gave away loads of goodies at Marine Barracks in DC.
