First Lady Michelle Obama was spotted at Howard Theatre DAR Constitution Hall last night where Ledisi performed. Yes, we first reported it wrong (Twitter fail) but the R&B diva corrected us herself:

Mikki loves her some Ledisi. In fact the R&B singer has been invited to perform at the White House three times. “I was one of the people she listened to every morning, and that just blew me away,” Ledisi said about the first lady listening to her stirring songs. “The Obama family is great and they love people…I love the way they care for one another. They are inspiring and know a lot about music, so that is really cool.”
