One of the highly anticipated events during Congressional Black Caucus Week, the Michigan delegation brought Motown to the District by tapping R&B/soul singer Ledisi to perform at their reception. Held at Charlie Palmer Steak on Constitution Avenue, the semi-private affair attracted D.C. locals and politicians alike.
