I’m pretty sure Obama brought the entire NBA to Washington to play hoops…but anyway, Sacramento Kings forward DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins was spotted eating at one of Obama‘s favorite restaurants Ben’s Chili Bowl on U Street recently.
