9:30 – 11:30 Break Out Work Groups
Group I: Black Men’s Response Team (Courtney Grey and Winston Cox)
Group II: Supporting and Maximizing Existing Events/Efforts (Jamarhl Crawford)
Group III: New Projects: Foreclosure Prevention, ACLU/Police Documentation, Dial-A-Dad, MIA (Men In Academics)

11:30 Group Reports: 10 Minutes each. Each group reports out and leaves a newsprint posting of its Ideas/Questions/Requests for the larger group to “gallery walk” during lunch

12:00 Lunch and Gallery Walk: Participants use post it notes to leave suggestions

12:45 – 1:15 Call To Action (Horace Small)

1:15 – 2:45 Break Out Work Groups
Group I: Politics (Carlos Henriquez, Darrin Howell)
Group II: Criminal Justice

3 – 4:00 Plenary (come together to report out)
A: Presentation on Circle of Promise/Promise Neighborhoods work in Boston
B: Groups utilize feedback from gallery walks and lunch discussions to sharpen plans
