Gwen Ifill, the moderator and managing editor of “Washington Week” and senior correspondent for “PBS NewsHour,” will be speaking tomorrow night at Goucher College on “Why Journalism Matters” in the Hyman Forum, Athenaeum (1021 Dulaney Valley Road).
