I know what you’re thinking. Reallllllly Mayor Dixon we’re supposed to celebrate with you at a Christmas parade while you wave at us from a car when you were just convicted of stealing from the homeless?! Well yea actually that’s exactly what the mayor’s office wants you to do. The parade is happening at the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute parking lot (1400 West Cold Spring Lane) this Saturday from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
