One of my favorite party spots (well, it used to be when they used to throw great parties there) Olives Restaurant on 16th and K Streets NW had smoke billowing from it, earlier this morning.
I recieved a tweet from LBJsBrownBag saying there was smoke in that area and too bad it was Olives.
Apparently, Olives had a kitchen fire a little after 11 a.m. this morning. Still, it looks like the restaurant has plans to reopen pretty soon.
