BET Gospel Comic View
Kudos to BET for trying new things in Christian Entertainment. If you haven’t heard– BET is launching a Gospel Comic View-A Time to Laugh and has obtained Vickie Winans as the host for this show.
They are holding auditions today in Atlanta at the Uptown Comedy Center. Comedians were asked to perform a 2 minute routine in front of the judges.
I can not think of anyone better than Vickie Winans then to host a Christian Comedy Show. As quiet as it is kept she is truly a hilarious person. She is quick with her punch lines and will always keep you laughing. So much so that I would want to be there for the taping to hear what crazy things she may say that may get edited out.
Good luck to all those trying out. Although I am not usually a fan of Christian comedians, I am interested to see how this one will turn out.
Cizzle C “The Prince of Clean Comedy ” made it on the show and he was the first comedian to perform on BET’s A Time To Laugh” Look out for him , he’s super duper hilarious. Im his manager.. God Bless!
