Hip Hop band (and like my favorite band of all time) The Roots and Afrobeat band Antibalas will meet next week for a unique, interactive, freestyle showcase at The Roxy (279 Tremont St) for the Red Bull Sound Clash
The groups will face-off on two stages positioned on opposite ends of the venue with the audience in the middle. In a series of four rounds, the bands will perform various tasks – some rehearsed, some improvised – to showcase their musical abilities. The audience will act as judges for each round.
Doors open at 8 p.m.
